		Storage Infrastructure: It Includes like godowns including stand-alone silos for storage of food grains with necessary ancillary facilities like loading, unloading, bagging facility, etc.
		Allied Facilities: Assistance for storage infrastructure will be available on Capital Cost of the project including cost of allied facilities like Boundary Wall, Internal Road, Internal Drainage System, Weighing, Grading, Packing, Quality testing and Certification, firefighting equipment, etc. which are functionally required to operate the project.
9	Technical Specifications	Godown should be build as per specifications prescribed by Negotiable Warehousing Receipt System (NWRS) and Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA).

1	Term Loan (TL)	1. Minimum 50% of the Project Cost (Including Subsidy Amount). 2. Any investment made by the promoter before sanction of Term Loan will not eligible for the subsidy
2	Promoter Contribution	Minimum 20% of the Project Cost.
3	Land / Lease	1. Land should be in the Name of Applicant. 2. In case of lease land, Lease Period should be minimum for 15 Years
4	Capacity of Rural Godowns	1. It will be calculated @ 1.8 MT per square meter of floor area for projects having average height of 4.5 meter and above. 2. The height of the storage infrastructure will be measured from the floor level to the bottom of the truss.
5	When to start Implementation	Project should be implemented after the sanction of Term Loan only.
6	When to Finish the Project	Within 18 Months from the date of first disbursement of Term Loan.
7	Inspections by Department	One-Time Inspection
