Validity: one to five years based upon selection during registration with 100rs annual registration fee, only eligible if business turnover is 12lakh per year.

4 Copy of certificate obtained under Coop Act Declaration for products being exported and also declaration of meeting standards of importing country for merchant exporters
5 Form IX (not applicable for proprietor) List of vehicle registration numbers for transporters.
